No it makes sense. The Feds are all about being the moral police, which has cost the public serious tax money and increased spending tremendously over the years. Increasing "vice taxes" leave only a small subset of people carrying the burden of the cost to enforce the morals of the government and the people who screwed it up in the first place...the religious idiots.

Also anyone who complains can be told to STFU and stop drinking/smoking/whorin because they are looked down upon by society. They do not increase taxes on alcohol for fear that the general public lashes back and realizes...WTF are they doing being the moral police??

Prohibition was the prime example of the backlash and the realization that the general public must be kept *kinda* happy and not realize what is going on so they continue to leverage control over the mass.

For those who been around Glendale and Burbank in socal you would know the people around here showing of their leased cars. The people who live here are mosly Armenian. They drive high end BMW's, Mercedes, Lexus, Range Rover's ect,. They always want to race and show off and try to act all cool.

Point of this post was last night about 1am I was going home after i was at my friends house. I was going down the street to go home. I pull up to a red light and wait, then a few seconds later a black M3 pulls up next to me and rev's. I then look over and see 2 ppl (guy's) looking at my car (rx8). The light turns green and i go normally up to speed then come up to another red light and make a right turn on to the freeway entrance to go home. I look in my review mirror and see a pair of headlights going sideways and then strighten up and getting closer. Next thing i know its the M3 again following me in the next lane i guess wanting to race... i just stay my course and keep at the same speed of 70. The M3 is still next to me for the next 2 mins untill he speeds away going upwards of about 120. A few mins later when i get off the freeway that Black M3 is pulled over by CHP. I roll down my window and and see whats going on. The two guy's in the M3 look up and see me and i just smile and drive away.

It just pisses me off when i just want to get home everyone wants to race me. It happens all the time.

Any stories of people wantin to race?

I really atract scion tc's for some reason. every time one pulls next to me they want to race the few times my lady has driven my car she has the same problem with tc's.

people try and race me all the time must be my sideways zoom zoom sticker lol.. I usually give it a nice rev to 9k then I drive really slowly and laugh at them at the next light...

Unless its a chick I always race chicks its hot!!! i blow them a kiss when I pass them. If I dont pass them I go home and cry and use my tears for lube for my happy time.

yeah i let my gf drive me around in my 8...she know how to drive stick pretty good, her truck is an MT
