so i went to the pasadena meet last night not too many ppl out there but it was so funny as hell....... a gti and honda guys came out and they were all armenian's and asked the evo guy to race

I'm kind of hard for the new Hyundai Genesis Coupe

The 4 cyl turbo engine is putting down 210 hp and 233 tq.. However what allot of peeps dont know is that its using the new evo x motor and its a 6 speed rwd platform...

SOOO for those of you who don't speak car that means attaining 300 whp should cost around $2000 and boom you now have a RWD evo that looks cool

 

yeah the genesis coupe is pretty sick and handles pretty good its in def competition with the new camaro ughh i nut for that car

I'm seeing more of the new camaros on the road. Those things look like a freakin boat they are huuuge. Need to see a lowered one it might look better.

And Red_Forks Camaro vs. Genesis coupe are completely different cars no comparison

 

yeah it probably would look better if it was lowered and thier ******* wide but i still love em their quick too! i tried to keep up with one yeah right!!! lmao

 

Their in competiton because they offer the same amount of power but the genesis is less handling than the camaro i think or vise versa i dont remember

 

LOL...why not....when people are comparing RX-8 to EVO and STI =___=

 

I think after a little mod, like suspension, sway bars, tires
the Genesis coupe will handle better than the Camaro due to the Weight
500LBs different....

Genesis coupe 3389 lb
Camero 3750 lb

Just think about a rx8 with one driver only vs a rx8 with 4 passangers...
that's the difference...

How do you do against Evo's and STI's at the track Philip?

 

flippin cop was tailing me for 8 blocks then when i crossed the city limit he busted a u turn lol

 

Depends how's the mod.
if both almost stock, the Rx8 bit the corners but lose on the straight
70 HP and 100+ torque different between those 2 cars and the 8.....
But if you know how to drive, keep up the RPM while cornering,
when you exit the corner, you are in power band,
you still can catch up with the EVO/STI for a while, and pass them at the next corner by braking

Trust me or not, braking is the most hardest part on track ....
the right braking point for braking and the right releasing point on the right APEX....


But if the EVO/STI are ripped out, weight down to 3000lbs below....and slick tires, there is no way we can bit them...
except the driver really sucks
