So... like... I just watched a movie and now I'm bored.... again.
Anyways, the movie was interesting.
It was about a guy who hired a gay guy as a chef and they solved a homicide by making cakes.

Now, time to watch another one of those super abstract satiric movies.
This one is another foreign film called Ikigami.
It's about the future where society decided to make .01% of the population die. What it is is that they injects every new born with nano-machines. The only thing is that only 0.01% of the population will actually be injected with actual nan-bots and the other 99.99% of the population will be injected with water, the injections are all mixed up on purpose.
The purpose of this is to control crime, suicide rates, and pretty much make society value their lives even more, surprisingly, this thing worked. Crime rates went down by a huge margin, suicide is almost non-existence, and the thoughts of deaths are no more, the injection made everyone cherish their lives even more since that person can be the one who will be dieing early. Unfortunately, the nano-bots are designed to kill people who are of 18-23 years of age. The government knows when the nano-bots are going to kill the citizen so they hand out these notifications to the citizen who's going to die 24 hours before death, they also pay the family a huge pension.
This story basically tells of one guy, who hands out these notifications called "Ikigami" and how he dealt with the sorrow behind it.
Gotta love these kinda movies.

Not really, these movies are for those who are really open minded, as you can see, the movies I watch are all very abstract, aka, like Donnie Darko, though the new one, S. Darko wasn't at all that great.

Here's the official summary of the movie.
SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
In an attempt to spur citizens into taking more productive roles in society, the Japanese government issues death messages, or "ikigami", informing them that they have only 24 hours left to live. The film follows a young man tasked with delivering these messages, as well as the victims.

I haven't watched the movie yet but I've been hearing good things about it from many people.
