As of 12/26/09 I vow to workout everyday, eat right, and not untill my next birthday. I wanna be able take off my shirt at at least one beach cruise this coming summer. I'm getting my fucken 6pack back and beefing up. Its time for drastic change.

I've been working out, but i have to be careful about the whole "Pulled chest muscle" so there goes all of my krumping and dancing aerobics I want to be able to wear a bikini and look decent....for once lol

 

i dont think ill ever be shirtless even though ill be thin again, i have a scar from surgury on my chest, and streacth marks from when i was opened up to get rid of my hernia
