Out by palmdale - after doing some research it looks like a blast! More or less no rules though they say to not drift or spin out as it can damage the hard packed bed. Doesn't look like it was a real issue though... $15 for a one day permit!

 

yeah its a good place to start drifting, my friends alex and steven started there before the was adams, and now they tear it up
