About 3 months ago this seller was firm on a $1k shipped price. He assured the dampers were good but there is something odd about them - both the rears and the fronts are missing the top-mounts. The team he had bought the car from had used the OEM fronts, customized to fit the JICs. Since their car was to be used for the konis yellow cup they swapped out the JICs and threw in some Konis, reusing the customized OEM front top-mounts. In other words, these JICs have no top mounts, fronts or rears. If he had offered to me for $500 back then, I probably would have taken them...

Also, he felt the need to make an entirely new SN to post this stuff up for sale, again. I'm not making assertions to his credibility but I don't see the need to make a new sn simply to post the same items up again...
