hahhah cmon Dozer wake up.
So anyways need an opinion. Lets say some wheel manufacturer offers you a sponsership and wants your car to dislpay the wheels at SEMA....and then they tell you...that you have to pay for the wheels.
Wouldnt that defeat the purpose of a sponsorship?
A friend of mine is in this situation and doesnt know whether to continue with the company.

They are not paying for transport...the work is minimal...its just mounting and balancing. I think the only cost they are going to cover is his ticket to SEMA and shipping for the wheels.
I think he may also be paying the wheels at dealer cost but not the manufacturers price..which is still pretty high

Ya thats what we told em. So his decision was to not take it and not go to SEMA.
SSR (his other sponser) had no problem covering the cost of the entire wheels shipped to his house.
Spending the 4 days in Vegas for SEMA would not be worth it either cause with transportation and hotel would probably be another large sum of money.
Guess not taking the sponsership is the best choice.

I was going to rebuild it until i found out I had 2k left on my extended warranty. However to keep within the terms of the warranty I need to have all scheduled maintenance kept up with along with receipts and the car needs to be completely stock... no I never did get my compression checked....
