Now, there is a ticket called "Exceeding Posted Speed Limit" (or something like that) and they don't have to have a speed written on that ticket or radar information. But, if he doesn't have any kind of reference to judge your speed (like he was driving 65 and you were moving at a higher speed than he was) then you should be good to go.

 

Try putting in for a trial by declaration. Cops are less likely to want to do all that paperwork that they are not paid to do. I think they get paid for showing up in court though can anyone confirm??!?!

there was a huge group of us entering at once so I had Shinka hiding behind me and to the left because we knew the bouncer would be on our right when we entered. Atilla and I walked in, handed our ID's and when he looked down at them, I SHOVED shinkateen inside!
I almost threw him to the ground, that would have kinnda ruined it had he gone Man-Down.
