Well if you guys want to join the So-Cal RX Club and be the 1st 8's on a cruise, what a better way than driving with all your fellow Rotarheads!

Details: So-Cal Regular Club Meet - Ventura County
Toppers Pizza. 1416 North Moorpark Road. Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. There will also be a short drive prior to our arrival at Toppers. See below.

Notes: Form @ Griffith Park/L.A. Zoo parking lot C at 9:30am then proceed directly to Ventura County.
Take I-5 NB to 126 WB "Ventura" just past CHP Scales in Castaic & Magic Mtn.
Continue WB on 126 to AM/PM Gas Station in Piru (right hand side...NW corner of 126 & Torrey Rd.
Assemble for snacks / fuel stop
Begin VC drive from SB Torrey Rd south to Guiberson Rd
RT/T on Guiberson Rd go WB to Grimes Cyn Rd / SR 23
LT/T SB onto SR 23 to Bardsdale Rd (Fillmore - Santa Paula)
LT/T SB onto Sespe St bear right onto South Mountain Rd
LT/T SB onto Balcom Cyn Rd
LT/T onto Stockton Rd to Grimes Cyn Rd (Moorpark)
RT/T onto Grimes Cyn to SR 118 (Los Angeles Av)
RT/T onto SR 118 to Lewis Rd / SR 34 (Somis)
LT/T onto Lewis Rd to Upland Rd
LT/T onto Upland to Santa Rosa Rd (Camarillo)
LT/T Santa Rosa to Moorpark Rd bear right
Continue up Norweigan Grade (Thousand Oaks)
SB on Moorpark Road to Janss Rd.
LT past light signal @ Janss Rd. into parking lot on left
(Carls Jr, Ralphs, Bank of America)
Toppers in middle of shopping center which is on the southeast corner of Moorpark & Janss Roads.

Note: Majority of roads on this run are posted @ 45 MPH max. Some roads don't have posted signs which means there's an implied 65 max speed limit.
Most of these roads are county rural / country roads with blind curves....however the area is not densely populated...hense traffic should be minimal. This area is a favorite for motorcyclists. So remain aware. The road texture varies...and in some cases there is NO shoulder.

My dealer here in Alhambra wanted $2k over MSRP, so you can bet I won't go there for service either. I think I'll take a trip down to Ceritos for my service.
