D1 Grand prix is right around the corner and is looking for some cars & teams to showcase in the show section. Vehicles must fit the D1 Grand Prix theme.

So if you have a real drift / VIP / or JDM type vehicle that you want to show off, this is your chance!





Roll in will take place Friday, March 3 from 12-5PM @ Irwindale Speedway. The show will start @ 9am the following Saturday and end at 7pm.

Is there a D1 RX-8?

 

I went to the last one and it was a silver one, i took some videos and pictures of the rx-8 driven by Rod Miller who got pass the first round against a Faulken car but lost the two car drift battle against a supra. There was also a supercharged show car by one of the venders.

Aha yeh sure we can Caravan, let's pick a meeting spot convenient for most of us. Last time it was crazy trying to get out of the parking lot. A bunch of sports cars trying to get out of a couple exits from the lot at the same time... But yeh, let's go.

 

not sure if the D1GP guys will hit up the east coast, but i show for major drift events (i.e. Formula D in Wall, NJ and Drift Showoff at FedEx Field). there's a HIN scheduled for the DC area in April and i'll be down there for that.

if your car is modified you should show..... Mazda's usually don't have to put up w/ alot of competition. Either way hope to see you all there.

$55 to show 2/ entrance passes.... basically same price for 2 passes. Might as well right

 

well ive heard of 2 teams goin together. i say we meet up..then meet up with the 2 teams...and roll DEEEEEP..

I know some of the Rancho guys are thinking of caravaning also, anyone want to make a set point to meet up for the rancho, walnut, diamond bar, chino hills, glendora guys. i dont mind meeting up in any of these cities. Heh, if it rains on saturday do you think they will still have the drift show? Gonna suck sitting in the stands if it starts pouring hard...
