Hello CA I hope you don't mind my cross-posting in your thread. Looking forward to seeing your KILLER KARAVAN at SS-X! Kudos to jrb_dakine for getting the attendee count back on track

Anyhow, the reason for my post is that I know someone who would like to buy a SS-X banquet ticket. They didn't think they were going to be able to attend, and now they are. As you all know, tickets are sold out. So, if anyone has a SS-X banquet ticket they are willing to sell, I have a buyer and will pay cash on site at SS-X.

I'll be using my camera mostly but I'll be doing the same with my N91-ME

i was thinking about showing up with my friend and film/take pictures of all of you driving down to irvine. I would drive my dad's sebring, which is a convertible, and therefore it might be easy to catch you all in action

EDIT: I promise I won't act like I am part of the caravan with such a non-rotary car

 

I'm bringing my nikon with me. Need to test out my 55-200 lens

 

there was a non rotary car with us last year. he had an 8 once also.
if you can get good shots by all means please do it...

 

can I bring a camero into the caravan? or am I so kidding my self

 

taj!!! shut the hell up and bring ur gorgeous 8!!....yeah im bringin 2 co pilots plus lotts of batteries for my cam...it a digital camera but it also records pretty nice and i gott 2 2gig memory cards so im planning on taking a lot of photos and recordings, EVERYONE THAT WAS AT AUTOBACS BETTER GO!!!

 

lol, yea I might have a co-pilot also, (IE a person to help me carry all the **** I will be buying)

and dozer, my 8 sucks (wink) its not even gorgeous, not until a turbo

 

I approve of the Sebring with the following conditions:

1) stay at least one lane over to not interfere with the 8's.
2) don't drive like a maniac
3) swear to us that you wont' tell ANYONE that we let a PISTON car anywhere near our caravan.
4) take one hell of a video.

Weather update! Good News / Bad News time...

According to www.weather.com we've now got a 50% chance of scattered T-storms on Friday. This means your cars might be a bit dirty for the caravan. Plan ahead if you can. Have some towels ready and a bottle of Quick Detailer handy. (OR wash your car Friday night if possible)

Good News: High of 67 degrees and partly cloudy on Saturday. Only 10% chance of rain.

 

Or have everybody pitch in $5 and convince a detailer to meet you there really early Saturday morn
