I was supposed to get my shocks and struts installed at Aerocosmetixx and after I scheduled an appointment, took a day off, and waited 2 hrs for them to do the job, they came out to the front and said. We can't do the Mazda. We dont have a special tool needed. I was blown away by the waste of time and money they cost me. I lost 8hrs of work and nada, just a "Sorry, but here is a shop that can do it".... I was like why not just send me there in the first place.

Well Fast Service and Repair in Miramar Area. I was like what ever. I took it there at 1pm... they started working on it at 3pm and only did the fronts by 5pm only to figure out he put on the wrong springs in the front. To make a long story shorter, he broke a strut, stripped another, and all said and done he still wanted to charge me for all the work and told me to come back and with new strut and he will finish the install...

I am really dont like to bitch. But when its your JOB and LIvelyhood to do these things, know your ****.

Well I am going to have to buy another rear strut and find a REAL installer that knows what they are doing..


Get parts there but other than that, Aerocosmetixx FTL!!

And never go to Fast Service and Repair.... take for ever and break your stuff...

 

WTF!!!!!!!!! are you serious??? installs are simple and need no special tool...did mine twice! at my dads house...and dont forget to preload
