another cover choice, the first verions might be a little too busy even before all the emblems but we would need to decide which badges we keep.

and i dont think we should change at the last minute...... keep them how they are..black/white/color....... these calanders are only $22...thats not a lot of money, and jedi is right, our calander should be different from ordinary calanders!
lesper... i personally like the "busy" cover..... or you could just do all 12 cars like you did..and just put "rotorlution 2006" on it...no logos...either way looks great!

Here's an option for us to conside prior to print.
I think all would agree, that going full color on the main pic would require us to change to fewer thumbnails since 4 thumbs and a main all in color would be way too busy. Here's an example of what it could look like with full color. Notice, only two thumbs, and outline in two color. what do you think?

IMO - For the birthdays, I think we should keep the forum names as well. (i.e. Jesse "Vipers", of course I don't need that for mine, you could just put my whole name.)
I'm cool w/ the pics of my car. I think if some are b/w and some in color, that's OK.

KINKO's ALERT
Loren, Erica and I took the jpg files down to Kinko's, and I just got back. We saw two printed pages and they look good. We made one additional customization that will increase the calendar by 1 dollar each. The standard format only allowed for a 5x7 inch picture for the cover. We upgraded this so we could have a full sized image.
This was an execuative decision made by the three of us, especially because the cover would have been surrounded by Christmas green paper with months written on it. It looked tacky.
So, please increase your budget by 1 dollar for each calendar ordered.
I will go approve the proofs tomorrow...then will place the official order.
(1) We currently have 15 dates written in. All other dates must be submitted by 3:00 in the afternoon tomorrow or they will not be printed.
(2) All orders must be submitted by 3:00 tomorrow afternoon or you will not receive one, or two, or three.
(3) Please confirm with me, by pm or email, how you intend to pay (Paypal, check, cash next time we meet). It looks as if I may have to charge the total, and hopefully get all reimbursement ASAP.
All in all, I think we were lucky with our Black and white format....because an all color would not have looked good at all. The proofs that we saw tonight (October and May) looked awsome. I'm excited to see the rest tomorrow. Hopefully, I will get to keep the proofs so that I can hand you a calendar, and a copy of your proof page (autographed my me of course)....at our next meet, which will be on the second Saturday as usual, but this time is at the autocross event at the California Speedway and not at the normal meet location at Pirate City Tatoo. Check the other thread for more info on that.
