Anyone in San Diego going to the RX8 showcase at John Hine Mazda this weekend? It's supposed to be a show and shine type competition. $500 to the most accessorized 8.

Hadn't heard about it. Does the least accessorized 8 win anything? I might as well not show up if it doesn't.

I think it's this weekend on Saturday but I'll have to wait till I get home and look at the flyer again. It might be on the John Hine website. Not sure what all the prizes and categories will be. I'll post more info tonight when I get home and read it again.

It's on the 8th of May 11 am to 2 pm. Prizes for best in show and most accessorized. Discounted accessories and a grand prize drawing of $500 worth of installed accessories. Sounds like they got a lot of "accessories" to get rid of as many times as it's mentioned in the add. I'll go for the discount and get a spoiler.

I'm not sure if they have mazdaspeed stuff in stock for the 8 or not. I know they do for the protege's cause I've seen it behind the counter when I go in for services. I'll try to call and ask.
