anyone get a letter or go to the dealership? I went to several dealerships and they didnt know anything of the sort. Last time i went was 23rd of Sept. Someone have any luck. I want my $500 damnit!

 

Are you talking about the letter where it gives you the option to keep the car or return it?

I just mailed mine in and called the 800 number a week later to confirm they got it (they did).

They said I would get the $500 amex debit card in about a month and they are going to be sending a list of VINs to the different dealers that are qualified for the free maintenance soon (I assume at least a month)

Or... are you talking about some other letter?

thats the number for customer care and they will tell you if they got your letter and when you will get your 500
They told me 3 or 4 weeks til I get my 500

Too late now. If you didn't find a way to respond in writing you've lost your chance for a settlement.

 

Since he can claim he never received the letter he might be able to still get the deal, Mazda seemed very helpful the few times I called and lost mail is always a problem..

called mazda, they said it was alright and sent in the letter yesterday about the 48month warranty, $500 stuff. The support person helped out a lot and noted that I didnt receive my letter and to extend my deadline. thanks for the help guys
