Ortega Highway
My wife and I took Ortega Highway to go to Dana Point for lunch today. Talk about a road made for the 8. 30 miles of twists and turns. It was a lot of fun. We should get a group ride together. I saw several car/motorcycle groups on the ride up.

I live just off the Ortega in SJC and bikers love to travel that road. They lose a couple of them every year on the twisties. Someone crosses a centerline and the bike invarioable loses. That being said, the lookout bar at the top of ortega is cool - I take my boat to Elsinore for wakeboarding and we always stop for lunch and a drink on the way back.

We did the Hangover run on Ortega on Jan 1st. I posted the invite but not many 8's showed. It was mostly miata's. Good drive though.
You also gotta try Live Oak Canyon Road. Thats my personal favorite.
