That's a malfunction on the sensor that's inside the coolant reservoir. It's a common problem with the RX-8s for some odd reason.

my car was overheating too...after sitting in traffic for a couple of minutes my car would heat up, then i would start moving and my car would cool down....took it in to mazda of HB and theyre takin care of it....they said my water pump went bad

ok people, I found out that, to my demise, my boost gauge (the roflmao 20$ knock off autometer one) was leaking a good amount of PSI from my turbo (about 5 PSI) so I took it off, now my turbo is epic ownage again


but had a huge boost surge while on my way to John's house today (9 PSI) on the INT-X logger, so I had to turn back

John!! I need them jackstands!
