guy...i have some bad news, I blew my intake to smithereens today because apparently the nitrous solenoid decided to be a ******* bitch and leak.........sice I found a puddle of fuel on to the blown piece of crap that used to be the rubber hose that connects the stock box to the throttle body

that piece is blown to bits, I mean like litterally to ****

the ram air tube seems to be fine though but I'm looking for cracks in it, the airfilter is gone, there are 3 huge gaping holes in it

as some of you saw, my MAF sensor is located pretty close to the rubber tube, so I am betting that it is damaged

my car still starts up, and idles fine despite not having an intake, but I'm not risking anything

so I gotta fix the damn solenoid, or might have to replace it

Dude your car is like a rolling time bomb ever since you put the NOS in. Does John have an extra air box you can take from him?

 

so I replaced the air filter and got a new tube (extra one I bought some time ago) and my car seems to be okay, but the rpm swings when I'm idling

hopefully its nothing major but it seems fine

(another near miss) phew
