STEVO do you need help changing the clutch? I can/ am willing to help. I got tools and ****. If you got tools that'd be better so I aint gotta try and fit all kinds of **** in my FC lol. Lemme know, I'd hate for another RX8 member to miss out on SEVENSTOCK because of a clutch, especially since this year is going to be a banger at the fairplex.... 1,2,3,4,12 Rotor Powered Cars/lawnmower. PM ME if your down, I am available during the day, I can help you out this saturday because i am going to be in the area anyways. I gotta be over there like 8 a.m. to get the details on volunteering for SS14. PM me ur number if you are down to do it. Hope ya'll had fun, no pictures??

^Hell Yeah SON. Its always easier if/when you have more help.

-one person under the car taking everything off

-one person half way under the car help pull the parts out from under the car

-one person handing tools and organizing/cleaning the parts being taking off for removal/installation. You have no idea how much time one wastes coming out under the car to get a different tool or to put parts aside.

Holy crap! U guys are awesome! It's all good I got it under control. Iam getting a stage 1 clutch masters clutch assembly and I made an appointment with a buddy of mine that has a car lift in his shop. U guys think $400 clutch masters assembly is well worth purchasing? I might need to turn my flywheel that's y iam taking it to his shop. My car started smoking up as I was in first gear trying to pop it too neutral. I might have destroyed. But I'll remember you guys if I have a prob you guys would be there. I appreciate it!

I would tell you to go with an EXEDY Clutch set up instead. Dude, many places can turn flywheels for like $15. WE can still do it.

The Car starting to smoke up as you were in first and pop it into neutral was your clutch going out, thats exactly how mine went out. Most likely the Friction Surface of the clutch broke off the Rivets. Pictures of mine.

Make sure you replace your throw-out bearing, pilot bearing and transmission seals as well. Its all recommended and should be done since you are going to be down there anyways. And Replace the Clutch line for a SS braided one.
