Darn, miss by a post or 2?? Anyway did anyone go to the Mazda HQ in Irvine over the weekend to check out the 06 Miata?? It look like crunch up 8. :D

 

Are we still doing the first Saturday meet of every month anymore?? The only scheduled one is in June from what was posted.

 

By the way, pardon my ignorance if I am repeating something that has been posted already. I have not been around the forum much lately and there is too many threads to sort and read through.

Oops, forgot, now all you have to do to get page 100 is get in your car, find a wireless router in some neighborhood, park in their driveway, and load up RX8club.com...and you get it for free. Cool Carputer..much better than calling it a CarPooter . Really, though, good install.

I've been lurking around your thread for some time now and guess what?!

I finally decided to pull the trigger on a new RX8. :D

Not a lot of details now but all I know is the order was sent to the General Sales Manager this morning.
(We're hoping to have news from Japan soon)

Believe it or not, she's being delivered to the Mazda dealership in Santa Barbara

Friend of mine is a GM for ford and has a "friend" there who is getting me a GREAT deal.

Good news is that I'll have a nice drive down the coast on the way home.

 

Oh, no worries there... I'll be driving slow enough to drive Ms. Daisy.

I'm gonna BABY this thing for the first 1,000 miles.
