Highway8, I signed-up for a couple of events with NCRC:

Buttonwillow: Sunday 9/18/11
Thunderhill: Friday 9/23/11

I'll be in the Open group. Are you coming out?

 

I plan to do both buttonwillow days and the Thunderhill day. Of course the best event will be leguna on new years eve.

 

I am finishing up with the motor install today. I'm already signed up for buttonwillow on the 17th, I will sign up for the 18th in the chrono group once I have the car tuned. Thunderhill on the 23rd I will be in the open group.

 

I doubt any of you guys will be there but I will be with NASA at Infineon on Saturday 24 and 25 and hopefully my check ride to group 3 on the 25th will go well

 

Infineon is 20 minutes from my house. I might make the short drive to check it out. I have never done a track day at Infineon and only 1 with Nasa.

Finally starting to get a bit fast

 

NCRC: Monday November 14 at Thunderhill. There are openings for all group levels including driving school. Hope to see some people there.

NCRC: Leguna Seca for New Years Eve. Dec 30th and 31st. All groups are full except race.

 

I'm registered in the open group on the 31st.

I tried to drum up a bunch of locals to come out to celebrate the New Year with us, but nearly all of them hemmed and hawed for the last few months and missed out on the opportunity to register.
So, it looks like it'll be just me (and the GF) this time.

Its Here. The 2012 NCRC Schedule minus Laguna Seca which has not distributed dates yet, and will be added latter. The schedule is posted at http://www.ncracing.org/events.php where you can register right away. As always, NCRC provides a great variety of groups of open track, driving school, time trials (Chrono) and Race. All the thunderhill/buttonwillow dates range in price from $99-$129. You wont find more track time for your money with any other group. I plan to attend and run in all the Chrono events. I hope to see some fellow RX8 members out there.

If anyone doesnt have plans for December 30th-31st during the day, come out to Monterey Leguna Seca Raceway and check out some open track driving. I will be there both days. Procharger gone, BDC street ported motor. MM should be there on the 31st.

 

I'll be there both days, but I'll only be driving the Saturday sessions.

 

Merry Christmas!!! Best gift you cna give your car is some track day loving. Lets see more RX8's on the track this year.
