Obviously there is a little personal conflict going on here. It seems to me if you two could keep your personal affairs out of the RX-8 club, everyone would be better off.

I don't know what's going on here, and but deliberately following someone to an internet forum just because you have personal issues is immature and bratty. I've removed all the offending posts and users, and we ask that the rest of you please leave it alone as well. If you don't have anything nice to say then don't both posting.

The Car is basicly unchanged since 2003 so News & Information doesn't happen much. As for the car itself you looking for tech stuff or how to make it shine and improve the audio? A good place to start is the engine, many of us purchased this car basic on the rotary engine so it make sense to find out more about it. http://rotaryengineillustrated.com/renesis.php . A GOOGLE search will bring back more sites on this engine.

It seems like you have an aftermarket exhaust on your car as well.

Thanks for the welcome!

as a matter of fact I do. My friend and if ound out i have borla exhaust on my car. tinted windows. I am not sure what else was done but the previous owner left the only paper work in it showing it's been in the shop for normal maintenance. A.k.a Oil change.

Basically (and i haven't really searched this so i apologize if the topic has been mentioned a billion times)

What kind of performance can you do to these? My 2.2 cobalt had basically for starters an intake, for exampe.

The basic bolt-on parts people do to other cars will provide little to no gains on a RX-8. This is because the OEM parts are not really that bad. Turbo / supercharging is the only way to achieve big gains, but going that route requires money and expertise. I suggest to new owners that wish to get the most out of their car to put money into suspension upgrades and track time. A set of sways, R-compound tires and a few hours on a road course can put a big smile ones face.
