my surgury on jan 26th :[
well the info would get lost in the so cal lounge so i made a thread with the info on the hospital so you local homies come visit me

my jaw and chin :[ no solid food with mouth wired shut for a week, then 6 weeks of baby food :/

I just had knee surgery and going through physical therapy. GL on the surgery and speedy recovery.

Good luck man, I probably had the same surgery, or at least similar about 8 years ago. My face was swollen about as big as a volleyball. And a rough 6 weeks following, still have 8 titanium screws in my jaw.

Good Luck man, and trust me you won't be able to eat soup for year following this, I couldn't stand it.

yep im gonna have titanium screws in my top jaw, lower jaw, and my chin, yeah i had one previous to this one i was swollen like a chipmunk lol

Wish I could visit, but i did the math, and if I magically could stay awake, it'd take me 1 day and 17 hours to get there...I'll be there in spirit!!

And don't listen to them, certain baby foods are REALLY good, like the mashed fruits....mmmm pearsauce is a good option! and peaches....and you can convince someone to make you a milkshake every now and then! ^_^
