Regular Meet Cancelled
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Mazda has been kind enough to officially invite the So-Cal RX Club to it's annual Mazda Master-Tech competition event this year. This event has typically been an employee only deal, but this year they have invited us to not only participate with a few cars for display, but now also to spectate. Come out and watch Mazda's finest compete on their latest engines and parts... including the all new RENESIS Rotary engine.

For those that would like to caravan, we'll be meeting at the Griffith Park/L.A. Zoo parking lot "C" at 7:00 am. Depart at 7:10am and arrive at Mazda R&D at 8:00am.
NOTE: Due to this event, we will be canceling our Regular Monthly Meetings in all areas. Please let everyone know. THIS INCLUDES THE OC MEET ALSO

Just a bit late in throwing out the info, Bernster. (Yeah I know, not your fault but MNAO is a slug in approvals) :D
If you want to park or show in the lot you're best getting in early.
Can Mike/James confirm the move to MNAO R&D this Saturday and skip In-N-Out in this thread?
FYI this is no Sevenstock. But at the same locale and a chance to hob-*** with each other, execs, tech staff and the best dealer techs flown in from all over the nation and Canada. Ask 'em about the PCM re-flash, MS RX-8, etc. :D

If you don't have anyone in particular to root for in the competition, give a cheer for John Long from Austin, TX. John's been a Mazda Master Technician for several years, and what he doesn't know about Miatas isn't worth knowing. He's now applying himself to the RX-8 with the same vigor. Great guy, and averyone here in Austin is rooting for him.

Plenty of Old and New School rotaries showed up for the event.
You gotta give the Master Techs credit for being issued a completely inoperable 8 with 10 or more seeded probs to troubleshoot.
