hey guys. I spent most of the day getting recertified in CPR. Oh, and don't even think about it! NONE of you guys are cute enough for that...

Afterwards, I got to go skeet shooting (aka Clay Pigeon Shooting) with a colleague of mine. DAMN, that's freaking fun! We fired off an entire case of shells with his Remington 12 guage.
Just got out of the shower and I've got a HUGE welt from the kickback...
