dang, how much did that cost?

 

my rear deck still sometimes rattles on & off... i've learned to live with it for now... denward, who we haven't seen in ages, did tell me way back when that mazda replaced his rear windshield to see if that fixed the rattles, since he had the same thing. but, he said it didn't fix it. ive had my rear windshield replaced too, and the rattling didn't go away either. it seems to be the rear deck itself somewhere...

i wonder if the 09's have the same chassis rattling/ noise problems that we have...

 

I haven't notice any rattling yet, but my set up is pretty modest.

Detrich: Mine bees rattling for a while but the rattling has gotten worse in the past week or two. (the subwoofers probably aren't helping my cause )

In a week or two, I plan on taking out the rear seats and the rear deck to go looking for the rattle. IF I find it, I'll let you know.
There's a great thread by Polak though called Rattle Hunt that talks about the rear deck.

 

Jedi, I'm surprised you haven't blown out your rear windows with those subs....

I actually rattled my rear view mirror loose from the windshield with my subs.
