mike's been busy with work, school and his social life. getting rid of the 8 very soon though..

 

wing5 hates his car, he pretty much got a lemon and it was broken all the time.
he had planned on selling it and getting a GTO. Last I heard he still had the 8

 

ya. i don't know if he's still going for the gto. we got some final glamour shots of it a couple weeks ago. they'll be souvenirs!

Hey all, it was a fun night specially cos the Red Bull "party Mini" came by and hooked us all up with red bulls! Thanks girls! I wouldn't have been able to drive home had it not been for the caffeine induced awareness that prevented me from blinking. I cannot believe there were no other 8's there.... we'll see how many pop up when the new FAF4 comes out in theaters. Good crowd, sept for the dudes throwing up and the fire truck/ambulance showing up to help the one dude (Not related to the meet.) And that ALARM that KEPT GOING OFF. Good meeting ya rotary rasp, and everyone that came by!

I decided to make my own interior leds for the bimmer. I couldn't wait!



These are 1 watt everlight leds. The fat resistor on top is to fool the car into thinking they are incandescent bulbs.

FYI- only the two dome lights need load resistors, the footwells and doors are not checked by the cars computer. It's been a week, no error codes or anything.

I'm running these at about 50% power because they are too bright otherwise.
