My front bumper didn't match the rest of the car. When I asked why it didn't match. The guy told me that he didn't paint the bumper. I asked him why. He said because it's plastic and plastic never matches, even right out of the factory. I said, you blended the rear door, you blended the hood, what makes you think the bumper is exempt? I walked over to the rear bumper and preceded to show him that it matches the car. Then he started saying that the insurance won't authorize it because it he already summited the estimated. I sad YOU WROTE THE ESTIMATE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. I refused to take it back. Then left.
