I thought Courtesy was in Henderson or are there two?
Courtesy in Henderson is where I bought my RX8.

I was in Vegas 6/22 - 6/26. While I was there, I had to stop by the dealer for a problem. (turned out it was nothing). I went to Magic Mazda. They were very helpful.

Before leaving I asked the Service Guy if he could recommend a good car wash. He sent me to the place he gets his car washed. (Corner of W. Charleston & S Fort Apache)

I didn't think much of it when I got there since it's only a Chevron Gas Station, but there were tons of people getting their cars washed there.
I paid $9.99 for Exterior Only Wash, and WOW!!! I was so impressed with the job they did, especially on my rims, I tipped the guy $5.

I'm trying to find a dealer in my area that I like going to, I wish Magic Mazda was in So Cal.

I had a "clutch switch?"that needed to be replaced and Magic did a good job. They tried to tell me they were separate from the Courtesy's but I'm pretty sure it is still the same company. They list them all on the same commercial so go figure. The service people are good though.

The only experience I've had w/ Magic was bad. They were recommending services that Peoples Mazda (NW LV) said was absolutely unnecessary. The service guy was an ***. He started saying that I didn't know what I was talking about because "he's been to schools all around the US" and blah, blah , blah. I even talked to one of their service tech's and he also said the counter service guy had no idea what he was talking about, atleast as it related to the rotary and the RX8. So far dealing w/ Peoples has been way better. vegas.

Aren't Courtesy - Magic and People's all owned by the same company? I think they share a body shop in back of the People's lot.

Also, just an FYI for anyone that doesn't already know, the Courtesy lot on Sahara is closed.

All Mazda dealers in Vegas are owned by the same company, Courtesy.

Magic Mazda had a shakeup within the service department this last Saturday. This may solve Vegas RX8's problem with them. I agree that well trained techs are lacking in Vegas but at least the service departments do not fight us for warranty problems. I've had some bad luck with both Magic and People's service department as to actually fixing problems but they never gave up or made me feel unwanted. My big complaint is making three trips to get something fixed correctly.
