1. Date of dyno meet will be 5/24/08 that is May 24, 2008 it will be a Saturday.
2. Time of first run should be 8am
3. Cost for dyno runs will be $100.00 per hour
4. Everyone doing a dyno run will have to post a non refundable $25 deposit. This will pay for the facility if you do not show but it will be part of your run money.
5. Jeff is not able to come to the dyno session - he has a commiment at Lime Rock.
6. Once you have paid your deposit, you will be given a start time for your first run. If your 1 minute late, you forfit your start time and takeover the start time of another tester. If you fail to show up at all, you will forfit your deposit to the guy that opened up on a Saturday so that we could test.
Your $100.00 intitiles you to one hour of dyno time which should be good enough for 2-3 runs with tuning. Maximum people will be 8 (maybe 10 if some do not have an AP) cars.
THE DATE IS MAY 24TH, 2008 AND THE FIRST DYNO WILL BE AT 8AM
IF YOU HAVE A COBB AP, ULTIMATE, INTERCEPTOR X, OR OTHER TUNEABLE ECU YOU NEED TO TELL ME IF YOU NEED TUNING.

I will go to the site this week and get an idea for parking and talk to the owner. His address and other particulars will be posted first of next week and I will then contact everyone for the deposit.

I wish to publicly thank Steve (aka Gonz) from the Vegas Rotary Club for his assistance in helping us with finding a guy for our dyno days.

I plan on taking anyone who calls as part of the group even if not a 8 member but 8 members will get prefrence.

 

If there are any of the guys coming to dyno days that are thinking of getting a Cobb AP, now would be the time. Jeff should be there to tune mine and Jason's car and could install and tune yours at the same time. If your considering getting the AP you will not have a better time to acquire it and have it tuned free by Jeff (MazdaManiac).

Jeff will tune Ultimates and Xs but I don't know what he may charge - that's between you and him. I know that he made the offer to tune any Cobb APs that Vegas people purchased during our dyno day.

I can't keep up with were his is lately. It even takes a couple of days for him to get back to me now that he is so busy....... It's not that far. You could make a weeked out of it - party and forget all your troubles. I'm not scheduled to see him untill next Friday.

 

I'll be at Lime Rock for the Koni challenge with the Grand Am teams that I'm tuning that weekend.
I think my next available weekend is June 7th.

Well June 7th is out as that is our Meet at the Lake. When is the next open date? Damm the best layed plans!!!

 

Well I am throwing it out there, would you guys rather wait until Jeff is free or would you just like to do baselines on the 24th and see where we are presently? I am thinking that I would like to know my baseline now and go from there but then the money is not a big item with me.

Don't know - he committed when we thought it was last month but I started over since it now is in May. He will comment when he sees the thread I guess.
