i just called in to the Ontario K1 to make sure everything runs smoothly for our meet. turns out they have reservations made for 4, 4:30, and 5:30. he said that we would still be able to race on the other track, however, if i wanted to ensure that our group would be able to race no matter what, it would be in our best interest to make reservations.
so, now, the question is:
would you guys like to keep the meet in the late afternoon (4pm) or have it start in the early evening (6:30)? let me know asap and i'll make reservations for our group tomorrow.

If we can still race on another track there, how bad is this other track that no one reserves?

i just called K1 and they said that for reservations, we cannot use previously purchased races. HOWEVER, since it's a reservation, we would only be racing eachother, ie. no random people in the group. the guy seemed confused when i was asking him about when their tracks were reserved but he said that there would be a track for us to race on no matter what.
so, now the question is, would you guys like me to reserve a track for saturday, knowing that we won't be able to use our previously purchased races? or would you like to be walk ins and have the opportunity to use the races you have on your account?
