anyone going to the drift competition this weekend in LB?

 

i cant its in the night iiiiii got a party to got to..

 

i'm pretty sure he is

they freak me out. everyone used to make funny of me and say that when i got my first kiss i'd have a panic attack from the germ swap. i'm trying to not think about it though. one step at a time

and i hope it is. besides the germs, it seems like that would be an uncomfortable drive.

when and where in LB? i know they have the big grand prix thing down at the Pike, but i thought that wasn't until spring

 

they already had the grand prix and FD round 1, there this year. i went to both ...now its gonna be ALL the drifters competing in ONE day for a "winner take all event", cus FD final round was in irwindale, and i didnt get a chance to make it out this year, so imma go to this...

LOL...on saturday, downtown LB, same spot as the grand prix

 

okay then, they start putting up the lights after thanksgiving. the best time to go would be Fri (Dec 19) or Sat (Dec 20). itll be crowded at the lights as its the weekend before xmas.

ok, so we need to figure this out. the last time we discussed having a Dromo 1 meet for november, this was the list of people that were down:

we later decided the date would be Friday, November 21, at 7pm.

then KrazieKave brought up the idea of going to the K1 in ontario in december so that after racing, we could do the Annual Christmas Light Walk. a few of us are down for it, and i suggested Saturday December 20th, as the date. here's the list so far:

would you guys like to keep both meets? if so, who can go? do those dates work for you?

we can also do dinner before or after k1speed (in December), just to complicate things even more for you photoc

 

that could work! are the christmas lights on all night or do they turn them off at a certain point? we could do k1, dinner, christmas light walk. however, you'd have to figure out a good place for dinner, as i've only been to ontario once, and that was for the airport
