Yea, saw you as well and waved, but you probably didn't see the wave due to the dark tint in my rear window. Every time I see your 8 I like it more and more. Nicely done. Maybe in another year or two I'll sell the Miata and pick up a used 8. Time will tell!

My power is from every mod except/but still running stock twins (1.1 Bar). It's a fun car.....putting on new suspension bushings right now - the originals finally got too old/hard after ~ 15 yrs.....the car started sounding like "Old Ironsides" about 1 month ago from the old bushings (it should be cleared up with the new replacements).

saw a yellow w/nice wheels and sunroof w/appearence package going down I-10 south past the broadway curve around 5:15pm today.

 

Spotted you yesterday heading home on I-10 inbetween Baseline and Elliot. You were in the left lane. My car pool partner and I were in the carpool lane in his burgandy Toyota Tachoma pickup. Thought about hanging my head out the window to wave, but didn't want to scare you (or make my carpooler think that I'm TOTALLY nuts). Anyway, spotting you almost every day now!

 

Spotted 2 Vr's yesterday and a Yeller. And a VR today.

 

Been seeing a GG almost daily on Campbell between 24th St & 28th St. Have flashed my lights and waved, but no response. I must be in stealth mode. Will keep it up until they acknowledge me.

Moving to a different autox class. I've always dug the street tire concept, so I'm moving to STU. A STiEVO can be somewhat class competitive for less $ than it would take to make an rx8 class competitive, so the 8 must go


That being said, someone should buy it!

 

Soptted a TI on Ellsworth going north at Ocatillo. Girl driving waved at me before I could wave to her. Thats a first.

I passed the same (i think) VR at 1:45 by Avondale Mazda (1-10 & 107th ave).

 

Spotted a VR, looked like after market wheels, on the US60 going East at Country Club.

 

Saw a white 8 no AP going north on Pima near Union Hills around 6:30 AM yesterday. Have a painted rear bumper grille section.

 

Saw red 8, full MS body kit; looked like it had lowering springs/shocks or coilovers. Sunday morning, Baseline just west of 40th street (made a U turn). Was just cruising. GOTTA LOVE THAT MS BODY KIT!!! I am glad I got it!!! I was with the family in the CX7. Wife said car looked very good, but need a car wash. Guess he got caught in the storm!!! Was it anyone here???

2nd Spotting: Sunday at about 6:00pm. Black 8, satin silver fuel door. TEARING IT UP on 35th ave, south of Baseline. I LOVE that same spot where he was tearing it up. Was VERY loud (RACE CAR loud). Anyone here???

 

did that black 8 have black rims, too? I might know who it was, hahaha

 

Ther is a Vr here in Surprixe that is sporting a Very attractive driver. Every time I see her I'm in stealth mode.... On day i'll "tag" her !

 

Honestly, I could not tell, I had just turned into the Lake/Golf Course and saw him in my rear view...

I spotted a WB going under the I-10 at 24th going S. at about 4:30pm.
Then I spotted a BB on Broadway and about 14th St. going West a little bit later.

 

I love how my exhaust makes me more famous than the car...though I don't have a silver fuel door.

I think that was when I turned into the golf course Chris works at to pick up my parts!
