just fyi, there's an sb meet this coming saturday that a bunch of us west-siders go to regularly also... check the thread and join us if u wanna do some fun driving.

 

Alhambra is seems to big rx8 community, i see one everytime in intersection and the streets.

This sounds good guys, If you wanna have a meet going on I know this big parking spot near focus plaza. It's a public parking space so nobody uses it, and has plenty of space. Lots of food in the area as well, and i'm down for a saturday morning or afternoon meet. Let me know if this works for everyone so I can get the adress and we can all meet up. It seems like us socal guys don't really have any local meets going on anymore, so this would be great to do.

 

Saturday is the big San Bernardino meet which could be tons of fun. (not sure how far that is from you guys) Also look into the once a month LAX meet.

i'm interested as long as its in the weekends. i don't think i can get the mp and back to la, during my 1hour lunch break :P.

 

definitely... but, just don't schedule anything for this saturday- 'cuz most of us will be going to the San Bernardino meet. u guys should try to make it. it's a bit of a drive, but it's always a fun day. plus u get a chance to push your car a bit on the canyon roads, if u love driving. we try to keep things safe & fun for everyone.

 

I need to try out the SB meet sometime ^.^

Just FYI, the LAX meet is the first Wed. of every month at 9 PM. Ralphs roof parking lot just north of LAX (the flight path is right over ur head) and then we all go over to In-N-Out for some grub Check out the thread!

Just keep in mind that there is a meet by LAX too once a month.

Spotted a titanium gray, with x-men wing, chrome rims, chrome gas cover, with a modified exhaust. This was at the 76 gas station in Rancho Cucamonga on cornelian street. I waved hi but no hi back. I don't know how he could of missed me. Man I'm getting no love from my fellow 8 owners.

Same here, like I'll see an 8 accross the intersection and they usually concentrate straight ahead, even when I honk. Motorcycles give me more love (they give thumbs up and I give back) in the 8 than fellow 8s!

i was at a gas station filling up b4 an sb meet one time, and this 60 year old grandma came up to me and asked if we could trade cars... lol she was driving a caddie cts..

Ya lotsa love from bikes, they usually nod or wave at me first, but not so much from 8s

spotted a silver tuesday nite. on venice and inglewwod. your car was clean mine was the not so clean w-blue....

 

Spotted a Silver with Chrome rims and spoiler at the Target near South Coast Plaza yesterday. Proabably around 5 o'clock or so.
