LOL.. I am assuming sport, but the plate just had SPRT and some letters in front that I forgot. If I was able to remember it, I am sure it would make sense ..

 

I saw a black one today pulling out of a parking spot right in front of the nutrition/supplement store on Trautwein, with the used car dealer plate still on. Black rims, not sure if they were cheaply done or legit...he was backing out as I drove by to find a place to park by Petco.

 

Saw a beautiful winning blue lowered with an agressive looking gloss black wheel setup parked in front of the autozone on marks and ashlan here in fresno. Wasnt in my 8 but none the less...beautiful car

 

Sometimes I see 8s when I drive my Avalon, but never sure whether or not to give thumbs up/waves to 8s..

they might think its weird since im not in my 8 lol.. =/

I hate missing the oppurtunity when not in my 8. Just Chase em down till a red light tailgating the whole way, causing the driver to panic then yell nice rex. Thats what ussually happens to me. Makes me lol

 

Saw this USC decal rx8 round noon today, parked next to me. I was coming back to my car after picking up some grub..uptown whittier greenleaf....no one in sight.. couldn't wait to find out who it was, I had to go to work.

 

Saw the same Brilliant Black at the 24hr fitness in Buena Park @ the mall around 6pm.

Looks like it could be FE3P's old car because it had the same vertex spoiler as mine @_@'

 

I thought Mike's car ended up in NorCal?

Lol I inherited the Avalon from my brothers gf. I drive it more for work mostly. Relax!! =)

That ones my twin I was the only BB around the area then he popped outta nowhere, theres a WB in the mission grove apts. never waves though. Wave when ya see me im the BB with black stocks and a sevenstock plate!!! BTW you live in orangecrest?

 

I see 8's everywhere around my area now. I use to be the only 8 around back in 06.

Hey, this is at Elac. That might be my silver 8. I can't tell because you took off the license plate (but I'm the only silver one there that I know of)

I saw jedi yesterday, shot the finger at him but the bastidge ignored me and kept on going... I'm guessing to get his zaino fix.

 

i know how you feel i used to be in the same boat, went from 3 rx8s in the whole city to at least 10. im aways happy to see another 8 but when its a 60 yr old dude or an old lady i just smh and think of all the carbon buildup happening. or a dominos delivery car...that was a confusing one

 

and it's funny that I mentioned I see 8s at my college campus all the time now and then I see a pic of my 8 at my campus in this thread. Caught me by surprise lol

 

 

I see a sunlight silver almost every morning on the 118 freeway heading towards Ventura County around 7:20 in the morning.

 

just saw my first VR series 2 today. a beautifulbruette girl was driving right by macys at riverpark. tried to get a wave in but unfortunatlly like every other rx8 driver out here she was completely oblivious to another rx8 on the road. and by road i mean smack dead in your rearview

 

i usually see a gray rx8 with aftermarket exhaust in the weekend, its right on dumetz St, Camarillo. Anyone see my White 8????? i usually travel back and forth to Ventura during weekend but didnt see any 8 on the freeway though

 

fair point mate!!! Just when I do drive my 8 which is as much as i can, I dont see many others =/

 

Sadly I keep seeing people spotting 8's in Riverside but the other side lol where I used to live. I have spotted a I think TG parked in a driveway on Van Buren a little before Magnolia a few times. I've also seen Zin's car parked at work a few times as I cruised by.

Don't be too quick to judge us old fogeys and assume we just putter around in our 8s goin to AARP meetings and such.

Lots of us were driving muscle cars in the 70's and have traded raw power for refined handling, driveability, and cabin creature comforts.

We still know how to drive it like we stole it, and if you ever see a lightning yellow GT zoom by you with a rather large man with a dignified salt & pepper beard,
you'll know there ain't no carbon in that bad boy.
