1350: Spotted three BB all within a mile on the I-5 in Burbank. First was on a flatbed truck heading the opposite direction the other two were next to me.

 

Gonna be driving around town in central orange county doing some last minute xmas shopping. I'm gonna put some antlers on my windows and a big red ball on my hood. If none of you see me, i'm gonna be thoroughly pissed.

 

Lol P I'm tempted to drive around OC just to spot ya.

 

0900: TiGrey(I think) with complete appearance package, chrome gas door, ducktail spoiler, 19's wheels, and an exhaust on the 405 into 118. Seems he just got serviced at Galpin.

 

Spotted a titanium gray RX-8 with the OEM appearance kit dropping someone off at Simi Valley High School. Same story applies to a brilliant black RX-8 with a personalized license plate that says "MAZORATI" along with the Mazdaspeed wing, some aftermarket exhaust, and powder coated stock wheels; at one point, the car also had a roof rack which is now removed. Last RX-8 I've seen around Simi Valley is a completely stock brilliant black RX-8 parked almost every Friday at Rancho Tapo Community Park; I believe the owner of that car plays basketball. I have a black cherry RX-8 Shinka with a Borla exhaust and now running on gunmetal MB Battle wheels for those of you that are wondering. I'm usually in my Galapagos green Honda Element with stock bronze painted wheels on the daily just in case you want to find me around the Ventura County/San Fernando Valley area.

 

There was a WWP going south on the 5 in O.C., a few carlengths behind me and kiddo today around 11 AM. We got off at Ave Pico for fries at MickeyD's. Going Southbound on the 805 at Mira Mesa Blvd exit half an hour later, WWP is observed at the side of the road being entertained by Mr. Chippy. *derp*

1940: GG with replica Mazdaspeed kit and USMC plates parked at T.J. MAXX in Sherman Oaks.

 

Almost stock Sunlight silver RX-8 parked and spotted in a Simi Valley neighborhood near the cross street of Erringer and Cochran. I see a lot of modified RX-8s in Simi Valley; I know you guys are enthusiasts, so one of you has to be registered on here...

 

You would think....anybody with half a brain is on here, for the quality of the information about the 8 alone. (Not to mention all the great friends we've made over the years)

 

Guilty of that for a couple of months before I actually registered. I'm glad I finally got to know one fellow RX-8 owner though, which is "Lebren". Anyway, I spotted a velocity red RX-8 with a Mazdaspeed wing filling up at a Simi Valley Shell gas station on Yosemite Ave. Another one is a series II diamond grey RX-8 parked in the Porter Ranch plaza in front of Starbucks.

0940: VR at the DMV, while I waited in line, in Van Nuys.

 

Spotted a winning blue RX-8 on Mason Ave. The car appears to have a Mazdaspeed body kit and the bottom exhaust shrouds were also cut. I also spotted a velocity red RX-8 parked at the employee parking lot at Encino Hospital, I was able to get a photo of his/her car.

 

0900: Finally got a picture of my neighbor's GG GT which is always garaged. Surprised to see it parked outside.

 

Just saw a wb in Norwalk making a left turn onto Rosecrans from Pioneer.
Car was dirty & the driver was a blonde lady talking on the phone...lol

 

gonna be at cars n' coffee this weekend in the 8. (not in the staging of course)>

1245: On South bound 405 freeway at Torrance/Gardena.


1430: On North bound 405 freeway at Signal Hill. Waved at you once you got on the 170 freeway to L.A.
