yes... let's go find the most expensive quote possible and try to squeeze some goodies out of an accident we were at fault at.

You do realize that part of the reason our insurance premiums are so high is b/c of people doing **** like what you're attempting to do, right?

i have no problem with you trying to get your car fixed and back to how it was before the accident, but when people start adding stuff on and trying to sneak it in, it screws us all. You don't think insurance companies won't figure it out? You don't think they'll start pre-loading our premiums for this?

keep that in mind when you go about your business. I'm sure my singular thread of morality won't stop you, but maybe you'll at least think about what you're doing...

^thats if they dont pay the SHOP directly like in REVs case, which I called him on to not get too happy. Same here Joey... Most Insurance companies pay direct now due to all the Insurance Fraud. Yes, you have the option of picking the shop and the Insurance company will cut you or the shop the check with the difference of the DEDUCTIBLE on you... just dont get caught! In IZZYs accident since it wasnt his fault the "other guys" Insurance company agreed to pay the quote of the shop we decided, which would been nice if Izzy woulda listened to me & took it to my shop and have them also order the "parts" ..... because they would only pay the company direct.

like I give a ****. My rates are going to go up and not yours so might as well get my moneys worth. And fyi its was a 5mph bump. The other Guy had no damage and yes I was at fault but you weren't there so you dont know whats up. So leave your 2 cent where people will care. You dont know me and never will so peace the **** out!

ummm no. all of our rates have skyrocketed over the past decade due to insurance fraud.

last i checked, this was an open forum, so i can post how i want when i want. I suppose that means I can leave my 2 cents wherever I want. i never mentioned anything about the situation, and i said it was your right to get it fixed - i merely pointed out the fact that this is one of the reasons why rates as a whole have gone up.

i never said you had to listen to me, but your animosity shows you know what you're doing is wrong. BUT, you're right, i don't know you, and even if i did, it wouldn't matter. So relax, you can do as you want. Hope you get some bitchin' parts.

and joe - don't get me wrong, man, it sucks that you got in an accident, and i'm all for getting it taken care of, since that's what we have insurance for. I just don't agree with using that to try to add stuff to the car.
