i had some minor service done there before, and i had a good experience.

but, if u search on the forum u will probably find some ppl with good exp and some with bad exp as well. i think there was someone who galpin dented his bumper when it was there for an oil change. and it had to have body work done- tho they paid for it.

dealers are always hit n miss.

if your talking about galpin mazda in san fernando valley on roscoe blvd, they are ok, just make sure you go in there and go out there for what you need. they will try to make it seem like you need to change something other than what you really need. other than that they are good.

I have had plenty of work done to my car there, including a new motor being swapped in. Not only did they push my insurance to go for a reman rather than a used motor, they also didn't mention or complain about any one of my mods and got the car back to me 100% as I gave it to them (aside from the motor, of course)

Personally, I would highly recommend them!

got my car serviced there for years while it was still under warranty, and still buy all of my maintenance/tune up parts from their parts department.

look at their service bay and if your jaw doesn't hit the floor i dont know what will, its pretty much the biggest & best mazda dealership/service in la county. also a mazdaspeed dealer as well

Read your manual, you may be surprised!

I think it may be due to new oil frequently being added and it being more of a filter change but that's a shot in the dark...
