Fender Tap at the Car Wash

So I went to my usual car wash place where they do a nice 100% hand wash and don't leave many swirl marks. Last week I got my interior detailed and they did a great job like usual but today when I went to get my oil changed w/ a free car wash they didn't take the car infront of me off the rails fast enough and my car molested the honda infront. There wasn't any damage but I was pounding on the glass while watching this doom unfold infront of my eyes yelling for someone to save this... The guy runs over and jumps in the honda to move it but takes his sweet time starting it up so they touch twice while my car is starting to pop off the tracks... I walke over to the counter lady after inspecting as to whether there was any damage but there wasn't any. I asked her with a smile if the manager was around because this could have been an epic disaster but she informed me he wasn't working today.... She gave me his number and I'll call tomorrow in hopes to get something in the future comped or he will be loosing my business along with my family and coworkers.

Thought I'd fill you in on my excitement for the day.

Shitty dude :|

Take a sledgehammer to your bumper and tell them it happened there, then buy an MS bumper.

car washes are use to this happening and the manager will have a place for you to take your car for inspection if you're worried that there might be damage you don't see.

make sure to go over your bumper with a fine toothed comb. I bet there are at least some scratch marks at best and check the gaps near the wheels cause it could have pushed everything back.

Sucks. Hope you got the Honda owner's information too. Strength in numbers.

Dang car wash. They should have an auto shutdown for things like this.

Update:

Owner of the Car Wash handled the situation well giving me a complimentary interior/exterior detail which retails $180 for them.

I'm happy with that and how he took care of it.
