ok everyone bad news on the hotels...the group rates SUCK!!! the hotels in the area got back to me with quotes...they are a joke...$140 was the lowest...the highest was $160...its due to the season...but the good new is a few of the list people have found deals online...around $90 - $100...and it books fast...so book as soon as you find a place...someone found a listings on a house...i'll post that link...

all depends on the day... swells vary a lot day by day, so it'd be hard to tell. But you wouldn't want to surf there anyway because Great Whites like to hang out there
