There is 3M tape on the fender. But as Juan said, he doesn't have tape, so you're good to go.

No, I priced it a little high to see if I would at least get any hits. I just lowered it to 13,950

Juan if I don't order them before the meet, can I try yours out to see how they would look on my car?
Try Using Locktight, That should do the trick.

What is locktight? Are you talking about using a hexbolt? I don't want to tape them to the paint because I don't want to leave a mark on the paint when I remove the vents.

Locktight is an adheasive you put on the bolt threads so it does not come loose. I recommend the gel because it's easier to use.

I bought the Polished stainless steel strakes that way it does not tarnish like the alloy ones do.

The extreme black ones sounds cool.

Good luck and take care.

It was great to meet all of you! We had a great time chatting and seeing all the neat mods. It's so cool that you can customize everything. Hons, Jen says for the drive. It was crazy fun!. I tried it out and yes, even in the AT it beeps at redline and has a kick. Maybe not as much, but still there.

def. Its best to redline once a day to keep the carbon from building up in your engine. It was nice meeting both you and jen.

Hey Deathwatch that sound system you have sounded really nice. Could you list the components of it? I know you have the Kicker L7 sub, but what Kicker amp do you have and what kind of sub box did you get?

Oh and egads... check out V-leds.com to find all the LED bulbs we had in our cars. Also, check out Rx8 Strakes.com for the footwell lights and other cool items.

Thanks for the info. And I thought just getting the car was expensive. I see now that the bleeding hasn't even begun. I think I'll wait until the newness of the car wears off before I start messing around though. Well, maybe I'll get the fluid cover... as long as its not Hello Kitty.

Well everybody once again is was nice seeing everybody again. Looks like some people got new goodies this time.

Even thought we shouldn't of went to Rx-Fanatic for beers after!lol! You rims look very good.

Egads....It was greet meeting you two. Glad that you both like the drive. Also too..like what fortunate_few said, it is very good to redline your mazda to keep the hydrocarbon building up in the engine, and when you are about to shut her down, give your mazda a rev up to 3k to clean up any left over hydrocarbon before it settles.

Deathwatch stereo system is pretty bad ***! Nice upgrade on sounds. Lucky!

Well guys...hope everybody post some pictures. Have a good rest of the weekend!

Did you make the box, or did a shop make it for you? It looks really good with those hidden storage compartments.
