I vote for the 19th.... Im going to be in the neighborhood (LONG BEACH) and also everyone should be done with the XMAS shopping and its pretty close to XMAS so I dont think it will be a problem for AC3 to come that weekend following through to XMAS . Also... This weekend is obviously too soon and next... well its kinda ghey... so I vote for the 19th HOLLY JOLLY XMAS

Hey guys, so i finalized the plans for my thanksgiving break and unfortunately I've got a dinner party to attend at my mother's house on the evening on the 19th. If we can do this on the 20th then that might work out better for me

Never been to a meet before. And this is perfect cause its after finals!

Hopefully I will have my dents pulled by then (damn students at CSUF don't know how to drive). I think sunset/night would be awesome!

Gonna check with a buddy of mine studying film, he might have access to a boom, or other fancy equipment

 

^dude, you go to CSUF?? i think a couple of us have spotted you drivin' around - check out the 'i saw YOU today' thread in the west section from time to time. We usually wave at fellow 8 owners. My nephew goes there so i'm buzzin' around there some times....heh - love me some college wimminz

Unfortunately, I have seen 2 or 3 of my exact car around CSUF. All GG, and sexy as hell! lol.

I try and wave as well. Or at least a head nod. And I really want to check out some other 8's, see some mods, and possibly sit in the passenger seat and try and pick up some pointers on shifting better... Every car that I have raced I have beat, but I swear I suck at getting off the line first... haha. (I think I try not to give too much gas so not to burn out)

Hence me wanting to come to this meet

Oh and I installed my metra kit and head unit myself, so I wanna show it off haha!

 

OK guys, it looks like we have a fairly split faction of owners who either want night or mid-day pics at this point.

Now I'd like to accommodate as many people as possible so the idea I'm thinking is to hold a fairly long meet from around 2 or 2:30 until after sunset.

Would that work for everyone? Sunset on the 20th is set for about 4:45pm and civil twilight is 5:16pm. That should hopefully get everyone enough time to get some day shots if they want them but if they can't or don't want to stick around for the night shots, they don't have to.

I for one would really appreciate you spending time to ake some sweet pics of the cars... I say since we (hopefully) are meeting near FOOD, that we all throw down and at least buy ac3 dinner and a beer or something...
