well uh. i wasnt going to say his name yet. but yes his name is robert glover. actually a friend of mine. just didnt want to spill it out b4 i knew why you wanted to go to him. just letting you know. don't go to him if it isnt a warrenty work and you want him to tweak something. cause he won't do any sort of misleading. just to let you know. either then that. just go to him and he can help out in "regular" warrenty issues

he's a cool guy. never needed his help with anything because browning is usually pretty good with warranty work, but don't expect him to bend the rules for u.

no, i'm not going to ask him to bend any rules, don't want nobody get in trouble. just want to know if i got a legitimate claim if i go there to fix my radio. i bought a audiolink ipod kit for my 8, but i've used it for 2 weeks now i have problems. like it wont eject my cd, won't play cd and no sound from radio like fm/am. so i removed the kit. still no cd recognition, wont eject my cd, i can hear little sound from radio but volume is maxed. since i only used a plug and play kit does the warrranty for the radio been voided or is it still ok. do you guys know? robert, if you read this what do you think?
thanks
