For southern cali owners:

Does anyone have any good experience with any car audio stores in so cal? I want to get better bass out of the venerable BOSE system

This thing needs more bass, I'm just looking for a good, clean, clear bass sound. I'd be happy to get just a 10" single subwoofer as long as it provides what i want.

Any suggestions?

 

unless they are masters at what they do, must audio shops will just mess up your system. the bose system in your car is just alittle tricky.

 

yeah, that's why i thought i'd post an inquiry here. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. i thought bose systems are suppose to be good

they did my system and i love it. spent a lot but sure beats almost any other car i've compared it to.

As for Creative... I unfortunately had a bad experience with them. They're the shop that was SUPPOSED to do my install and bailed at the last second. I've seen some of their work though... looks good.

I hang out at 2nd street sometimes, and i have seen that place. Did your friend have the BOSE system also? Curious to know what type of work was done...
