my gawd don't go to them. their customer service is crap or at least the person who is handling my case, David.

he told me it was suppose to be done last week, then he said end of the week. (this whole time he has never given me one phone call or returned my phone calls, I just have to keep calling him, hoping he picks up) On friday last week when I hoped to pick it up, i called him, he told me monday. then when monday came around i called him again he said, wedsnday mid afternoon. well its wedsnday mid afternoon and guess what? it might not be done today.

His excuse? it took longer then expected and had difficulties putting on the mazdaspeed front bumper. understandable but I bet it would only take me about an hour or so TOPS! he sounds annoyed cuz of me pestering him, well not half as annoyed i am right now. I mean whats the deal?

dont go to browning collision center, or if u do, please dont get David. I'll be sure to write a complaint to the higher ups about him.

 

Hey Mike, I think I saw your car getting the bumper installed.. maybe... Your's the authentic MS Front bumper? Or aftermarket... cuz the guy mentioned he was having a difficult time installing the bumper a person got for 80 bucks or something.

 

i could have told you that! they wrecked my car last year!! =(

 

really? i took my car there for repair and they were excellent. it took them exactly one week to get the dent out, replace the plastic piece on the right rear quarter panel, and paint the car where the paint came off. i told the guy who handled my car (Paul) that i needed my car before 12pm, so he got my car washed and everything else and i picked up at 12. couldnt have been happier because i got my car back right before SS8

 

yeup i was getting the MS front bumper installed :D pretty good deal through insurance etc.
but he's still taking their good time. hopefully itll be done by noon tomm! or so he says

didnt u get ur authentic front bumper installed there as well? i wonder why theyre having problems..

haha i shouldve have but this was insurance work for a little accident in the rain, so with insurance i thought i might as well go to the dealership.

i did call the hacienda place and they gave me a good deal on painting some sideskirts. thanks lazi! always there to lend a helping hand haha

 

Where did you get the bumper from? But ya, if it's the OEM parts, they shouldn't have any problems.
