Hi there, this is actually my first posting here. I really love the RX8 but I currently own an MR2 turbo. Anyway, today I saw perhaps one of the nicest RX-8's I've ever seen.

Where: Cupertino on De Anza Blvd. at around 7:15 ~ 7:30

Description: It was Blue and I believe it had the complete Mazda speed kit, nicely lowered, with some very big tires in the rear probaly running a staggerd setup, and 5 spoke wheels. Exhaust looked after market, was still dual. What stood out the most were the lights, H.I.D.'s with what looked like H.I.D. BRIGHT YELLOW FOGS. It was very sexy and sound really nice.

I beleive the owner was an middle aged asian man.

If anyone knows who this is I would love to see more pictures of the car. And if the owner reads this let me know it was you, I'd love to see your car again. Thanks and have a good day.

Thats what I thought too at first, I was even ready to say Hi to Rishie but it wasn't him. I think Rishie's car is still wingless right? This one had a spoiler.

 

His has no wing. It actually looks perfect the way it is.

 

rish is the only ms 8 that I know of that has 5 spoke rims and lives around the area. Did it have a endless brake kit too?

 

Didn't get a chance to see if had breaks because rolled by pretty quick and it was dark. Oh well, maybe he will be at the meet at AutoRnD next month

 

Couldn't be me. I'm too cheap to burn that much gas driving out to De Anza. LOLZ.

Ya and I don't have a wing. I'd like to know who it is too. hehe. We'll see y'all at the meet.

I think I saw the same blue Mazdaspeed RX-8 at about 3 am on Saturday night. Going up 85 N between 280 and 101...at least I think that's where I saw it.

I have a VR RX-8, no wing.

He drove behind me for a little bit, then took off and exited the freeway.
