I'm looking to install a aux input into my 07 8. I live around the LA area and looking for any recommendations. the dealer is charging me around $350-$400 for the ipod/aux device and install. any idea where else i can go? appreciate any feedback!

 

It's easy, I installed it in 30 mins.
Just look around for the DIY floating around here. The only trouble is reaching the plugs if you have average size hands. I had my GF help me with those hard to reach ones.

Lots of info for you there. I learned how to install my metra kit n' sub wire by wire w/that thread.
