There is a very very hidden "security bolt" underneath the panels of the steering wheel holding the radio in place... It's a bitch to get to. I had to use an extension just to get in and there's barely any room to maneuver the ratchet around.... I'll try to find a picture with the security bolt holding the radio in place.

Go here: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ipodrx8/1.php
This should help show you how to remove the radio.

This is probably where you're stuck at:

When you remove the cover underneath your steering wheel, you'll see two bolts and further down, you'll see another bolt. Do not remove the two bolts but remove the bolt all the way down inside, it's a bit tricky to get to... and DO NOT DROP THE BOLT! If you drop it, you're screwed.... oh, by the way, I didn't reinstall the bolt when I put everything together. The bolt is only for security reasons so that if people were to break into your car and try to steal the radio, the security bolt will hold it in place. We all have an alarm so we don't have to worry about no security bolt holding the radio in place. I hope this helps

^^Yeah, but if you pull up the weather for Torrance 90503, there's no rain all week and if you pull autobacs 90680, it's raining all week. We'll wait and see what really happens, this close to the ocean is always off the forecast. I will do the rain or shine thing, it's up to ya'll, but it'll be mostly indoors anyway. I'm looking forward to hanging at the club with loud music and ladies that aren't paid to be there. Except single ladies do get their drinks for free.

^^wow, that was a grand exit! But no straight sausage fest was intended for this meet, thats true. But also I used the word "club" it's far from that as it is a restaurant/bar geared toward the younger crowd. And this is an "8" thing, no 7's are coming except me that I know of. And nothin is etched in stone, do whatever you'd like...that place as you'll see has a variety of **** to do. I'm pretty sure there's a bowling alley too, maybe play a frame. If hanging with the cars is better than the promenade then so be it but I know the autobac 8's, they like diversity. Or chill have some drinks for a bit then go back out, whatever.

i didnt mean anything about certain cars attending the meet. I dont have a problem with that at all. It was the club part that did it for me.

Yeah, me too! But i'm in the early rotary club entry at 7am. 2 hours before general public so it'll be a long day for me. I'll prolly leave Greddy at 1pm or so and take a nap for the next round of fun in the evening.

I just bought another FC but it's still red so look out for that at the Black Angus.

And thats cool Rich, I want an EVO myself.

So you guys got the caravan to Torrance together?

^^ohhhh...didn't get what you mean at first.
but yeah... rotary's are nice. its definitely outta the ordinary. but if i were to get a honda again... it'll prolly be a honda FIT just being because the way gas is nowadays. and it looks cool and versatile too... nah... it could be that i am just tempted to have a sleeper with the posibility to use some K series motor in the future...hehe.

the wifey will prolly kill me... but we'll see.
