That's my 4Th track event....2nd time on buttonwillow,but last time I was running Counter Clockwise....

 

8 RX8 already register....first time see that much 8 on the event!!!!

 

Are we caravaning up to Buttonwillow? Some of us don't know where the track is...

 

yes. we usually meet up at JRX Rotary (me, sky and sammy) and cruise there together. u are welcome to join

 

this is gonna be exciting, the only time this many rotaries are out there is during seven stock.

 

I think we might be the biggest RX8 group on the Track in Socal....

 

Does anyone have a schedule for how Saturday will play out? Thanks.

 

There will be 5 run groups, so you will probably get five 20-25 minute sessions with lunch around 11:30. Aaron might email a schedule later today. As always, be at the track by 7:00 am and make sure you get to registration (I'll be there getting everyone registered) and the driver's meeting will be at 7:45.

we are actually going to meet at the boba place at 5:00am on saturday morning. we will leave at 5:15am sharp, no waiting this time.

me, sky, kelvin, ray, tito, sky's friends, maybe liyan also are going to meet there, and i think steven and his friends also going to meet us on the 5 freeway probably. so welcome to join us, but don't be late.

hey guys, just wanted to say it was great meeting all of you yesterday! i had a blast! post up any pics or vids anyone might have, and i'll do the same.

 

We all having fun yesterday...most of us do really good on the track...sin we all beginner...Will post pic on soon...might hav some video on youtube as well...I'll let u guys know..

 

It was great fun yesterday and the best thing was everyone returned home safe. When that FC flipped during the first session I was afraid it was a bad omen.

I want to know my last session time! I know that my fast time of the day was on the last session.

It was nice to see everyone, hope I didn't scare whoever it was that rode with me (sorry, I forgot everyone's names ). Did you guys check the last posted times before you left? I ended up at 16.9 something for best time, got it on the last session. Hope you all had fun, can't wait to do it again at Streets next month!

I got 2.21 on my last session....I think it's not bad for first time on Buttonwillow.and I start to like this track...wanna go again...next time I'll try to hit 2.15...haha
