what i did was PM everyone who has replied to this thread.

Sometimes you have to give people that initial push. In the end its always a fun time.

BTW... Vegas was fun, although i didn't drive my 8. I did get to drive an 05 GTO. VROOM VROOM

I would be down for a meet, but I would not want to participate in the karting. I used to be heavy into kart racing, and had a REALLY hard time giving it up. I'm afraid a few laps would be more than this addict could handle.

The wife would NOT be happy if I came home from an 8 meet with a shiny new toy from Emmick....

YES, my friend, it is...

Probably more fun than ANYTHING I have ever done. Indoor karting is just a tease though....

by the way.... great valley mazda sucks ***.

Andy the technical advisor ROCKS... terrific guy...

but the service mechanic - Rick --- seems like a total dick. Not friendly at all, plus somewhat discriminatory against modded cars. Went in for brake squeal, they just cleaned the brake dust off....

then charged me $50 for the diagnostic.... said brake squeal is NOT covered under warranty.

Which is total BS.

I'm picking my car up now... i refuse to pay the $50. For the record... it does squeal... 80% of the time... even when warm.

That is a rip-off. I think that if you go to the Senator Mazda web site, tehere is a coupon for a free brake inspection. I found out too late, but maybe you can take advantage of it.

http://www.senatorford.com/

I just checked, and the coupon is still there!

but yeah, how about wednesday for the meet?

man, I thought I'd already posted in this thread but I guess not. Anyway, I'm in Antelope (Roseville area) I know I've seen a few people around here. Don't know if they're on the board though.

I'm from citrus heights, I always see a silver rx8 with an appearance package and MS front bumper parked outside some office looking building between van marren and greenback. Are you on this board?
